Service Agreement for AI Cleaner

"AI Cleaner" subscription service is a paid value-added service. You must fully agree to all the following terms of service and complete the payment before you can enjoy the relevant services.

1、 General provisions

"AI Cleaner" user refers to the user who is willing to accept the AI Cleaner user agreement and use the AI Cleaner service under the provisions of the relevant use specifications of the AI Cleaner.

"AI Cleaner" subscription service is a paid value-added service provided by "AI Cleaner" to users. Users can enjoy various services specially provided for "AI Cleaner" only after paying relevant fees to "AI Cleaner".

2、 Service fee

"AI Cleaner" will provide different discounts according to the user's purchase method and month. The specific preferential information shall be subject to the content on the payment page. The service period of this service is subject to the period you choose and pay the corresponding service fee.

AI Cleaner has the right to adjust the fee standard at any time according to the actual situation. For any adjustment of the service fee standard of AI Cleaner, AI Cleaner will publicize it at least one month in advance and take effect from the agreed date. For users who purchase services according to the original tariff standard before the agreed date, their use qualification and services will not be affected during the purchase period before the tariff adjustment, and there is no need to supplement the payment difference; Pay after the agreed date. Users who purchase paid services shall pay according to the updated tariff standard.

The user shall confirm the updated and revised terms of service published by "AI Cleaner" within the publicity period. For the changes of terms of service and service fees, the user has the right to make the following choices:

The subscription service will no longer be used.

If the user does not make any representation and continues to use "AI Cleaner" to subscribe to the service, it shall be deemed that the user accepts the changes of service terms and service fees.

If the user agrees to the changed content, after the publicity period, "AI Cleaner" will provide services to the user based on the latest terms of service and service price.

3、 Service content

"AI Cleaner" will provide members with a variety of proprietary value-added member services.

AI Cleaner has the right to adjust the service content at any time according to the actual situation.

4、 Opening and termination of services

You should use Apple's in app purchase (IAP) to open this service after paying a certain fee according to the contract. After the service is opened, it cannot be transferred or unsubscribed.

You may not open this service for yourself or others in any of the following ways:

Open this service for yourself or others for non personal purposes such as profit-making and operation;

Open this service for yourself or others through any robot software, spider software, crawler software, screen brushing software and other programs and software;

Open this service for yourself or others through any improper means or in a way that violates the principle of good faith;

Open this service for yourself or others in a way not specified by "AI Cleaner";

Open this service for yourself or others by violating the legitimate rights and interests of "AI Cleaner" or others;

Open this service for yourself or others by other means in violation of relevant laws, administrative regulations and national policies.

5、 Service period

The service period of this service is subject to the period you choose and pay the corresponding service fee. You can also log in to the app store or the corresponding page of this service.

6、 Rights and obligations of users

Users enjoy the corresponding value-added services of "AI Cleaner" within the validity period of payment.

Users can voluntarily terminate the service within the validity period of the payment, but will not get the refund of relevant fees for the remaining validity period.

Users shall bear the legal responsibility for the production, release and dissemination of information through "AI Cleaner". Users' use of "AI Cleaner" services, including free services and value-added services, shall comply with various laws and regulations of the people's Republic of China.

7、 Rights and obligations

"AI Cleaner" has the obligation to ensure the smooth payment service. When there is a technical failure that hinders the provision of payment service, "AI Cleaner" shall eliminate the failure as soon as possible.

"AI Cleaner" notifies and announces the paying users through various ways such as "AI Cleaner" system notification, SMS notification and email notification.

"AI Cleaner" will not bear any responsibility for the interruption or other defects of paid services caused by force majeure, but will try its best to reduce the losses and impact on paying users.

If a user intentionally conducts acts that are detrimental to the legitimate rights and interests of "AI Cleaner", "AI Cleaner" users or paying users in the process of using "AI Cleaner" service or "AI Cleaner" paying service, "AI Cleaner" has the right to cancel the user's paying user qualification without any compensation, and reserves the right to further investigate the legal liability of such acts.

If the user violates the laws and regulations of the people's Republic of China in the process of using the "AI Cleaner" service or the "AI Cleaner" payment service, the "AI Cleaner" has the right to cancel the user's paying user qualification without giving any compensation, and the perpetrator shall bear all the responsibilities by himself.

8、 Automatic renewal service statement

1. Payment: after the user confirms the purchase and makes payment, it is recorded in the iTunes account;

2. Cancel renewal: if you need to cancel your subscription, please check the following link: “https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084” ;This cancellation will not be able to get the refund of the paid member subscription fee or any other form of compensation / compensation;

3. Renewal: the Apple iTunes account will deduct the fee within 24 hours before its expiration. After the deduction is successful, the subscription cycle will be postponed for one subscription cycle. Subscriptions that include a free trial period will be automatically renewed as paid subscriptions.

4. Validity period of Automatic Renewal Service: you can choose whether to cancel this service. If you choose not to cancel, you will open the monthly service for the next billing cycle.

9、 Other

The interpretation, validity and dispute resolution of these terms of service are applicable to the mainland laws of the people's Republic of China.

The legal disputes caused by the user's use of the software have nothing to do with the "AI Cleaner".

"AI Cleaner" can continuously improve this clause according to the different stages of the development of "AI Cleaner", with the continuous enrichment of management experience and for the purpose of maintaining the order of software use.

All "AI Cleaner" paying users must complete and agree to all contents of this clause.
